It’s pretty safe to say that everyone is excited for the arrival of baby Nagel, who is planned to make his/her appearance in June. And yes, the gender is a surprise. There are guesses as to if this will be a little girl or boy, but only baby Nagel will be able to tell us that. No matter what gender, this baby is going to be surrounded by a whole lot of love.

The Bickharts Family Session 2019

I enjoy seeing this family grow each year and am proud to say that they are also my friends. We met through Delaware Pet Rescue, and this family somehow finds the time to help so many animals find homes. A typical day in their household includes not only these two girls and their own fur babies, but often a mix of bunnies, puppies and kitties. They have an entire room upstairs as a dedicated foster room, as well as space downstairs. They have the biggest heart and I am so happy that they always bid and win my donated portrait session at the Delaware Pet Rescue Puptoberfest auction.

There should be no worries about this mom, who braved the wind, the cold, and the top of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge while 9 months pregnant; needless to say, I may have a new hero. What a day! It was hot, and it was sweaty but we managed to get some amazing family portrait shots! Shout out to the grandparents who knew how to keep Emma smiling and laughing! The only way it could have been better was if Elmo himself was there. We even managed to get the grandparents smiling using some of the same tactics we used to make Emma look up and smile.
