A Happy Wild One to Krisha!

I’ve walked by this glorious vessel dozens of times and had not set foot on it until Krisha’s first birthday celebration. I’m not going to lie, Krisha was highly skeptical of the person behind the massive camera. For all she knew, I was some sort of robot. It’s a good thing I had some more than willing guests to help stand behind the camera to make her a little more trusting. She definitely warmed up to me and even gave the camera a few smiles.

The Wedding of Jess and Matt at The Buck Hotel

Congratulations to Jess and Matt, who tied the knot in front of their friends and family on a beautiful day. We had an event filled morning while they were getting ready with their respective squads, and a little bit of an emotional one too. They had a smooth ceremony at St. John Bosco after their blind first look. First looks are growing in popularity, but this was my first experience with a blind first look, where the couple didn’t actually see each other. They simply wanted to be in each other’s presence to calm their nerves before heading into the church. They also wrote each other sweet love notes to read during this moment, which made it all the more special.

Grace and Nik

Grace, Nik and I ventured to Wissahickon Valley Park for their engagement session, specifically to an area called Devil’s Pool. It was all of our first time there and I think we were pleasantly surprised to find such a gem of a location so close to home. I foresee a lot more visits to this incredible place and definitely a lot more exploration of the entire park.

Miri and Family

Just look at those CHEEKS. Never have I wanted to pinch such cute little cheeks before. Miri has this incredible gaze that feels as if she is looking into your soul. Her smile is contagious — I double dog dare you to not smile when this little girl is laughing or smiling. Miri is quite advanced for her young age. She has already made friends with the cat, which anyone knows is no simple task. I can tell she is going to be an adventurer, a thrill-seeker, as is evidence by the barrels of laughter she lets out when her dad holds her upside down or throws her high up in the air.
